Whistleblowing Channel

The Whistleblowing Channel is a means of the Compañía de María to facilitate the agile and confidential reporting of irregularities that may constitute regulatory non-compliance. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

We make this Channel available as an essential means for compliance with the Code of Conduct in general and internal regulations in particular and, therefore, it is an active part of our continuous improvement.

The system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through the following access channels:

At the request of the interested party, reports may also be submitted via an in-person meeting. To do so, the request must be made through any of the communication channels mentioned above.
